Warranty Policy
Three-Year Limited Warranty: This warranty applies to all CCTV cameras purchased from WATA except for cameras purchased at a special discounted price. This warranty does not cover DVR devices or other accessories.
Coverage
Years 1 & 2
- Free labor for camera repair.
- Free replacement of defective parts.
Year 3
- Free labor for camera repair.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of replacement parts.
Exclusions
- Cameras purchased at a special discounted price.
- DVR devices and other accessories.
- Damage caused by: Improper installation, accidents (e.g., drops, fire, water damage), misuse or abuse, acts of God (e.g., lightning strikes, earthquakes), and Unauthorized repairs.
- Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, scuffs)
- Normal wear and tear.
Labour
- This warranty covers the cost of labor for camera repair performed by authorized technicians.
- Labor does not include: Installation costs, Shipping costs, and Service calls.
Customer Responsibilities
- Shipping the defective camera to the authorized repair center.
- Returning the repaired camera to the customer’s location.
- Providing proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice).
